    The banks tend to have more complicated loan application processes for those individuals. When you work with us, we will go through the loan process and show you the basic math that the banks use to determine loan qualifications. We can then get you in touch with a lender. 

  • Should I wait until prices come down before I buy?

    People are generally aware that prices are rising rapidly and that the market is at an all-time high, and therefore they think conversely that a crash is coming. We can assure them that the price increases are due to 3 main reasons: 

    1. Low inventory. 
    2. Low interest rates. 
    3. Supply chain bottlenecks are causing the prices of new construction to rise, which is in turn causing the price of used homes to rise. 

    Interest rates will eventually rise, but they will rise incrementally and not all at once. Also, once the supply chain opens up then new construction will return to normal levels, and that will cause the rate of price increases to slow down. However, although the price RATE will slow down, this does not mean prices will FALL. So, the reality is that you should focus on finding the best deal TODAY, as opposed to trying to time the market. By waiting for prices to fall you may actually end up spending more!... not to mention you might miss out on finding the right home for you and your family, which is a much more important than getting the right price.
